Leek Wootton Wedding Photography

On the 19th March 2022, I captured the wedding of Helen and Adam at All Saint's Church in Leek Wootton. It was a bright spring day, the first proper sunny day after a long dark winter, which was a relief for everyone. The sun also lit up the interior of the church to create nice contrasty images.  Helen is actually the daughter of the Vicar at All Saints, she was getting ready in the vicarage whilst I met up with Adam, the rest of the bridal party at the church.

After taking some photos of the church and a few of the groom and grooms men, attempting to attach the ribbons to the cars. I headed to the vicarage to capture some family photos before heading back to the church, will Helen and her family.  I took candid photos as we went, right up until Helen entered the church up until the altar, after which I went to the back of the church to capture the ceremony from there as agreed with the vicars wishes.

It was a moving ceremony with present giving from the vicar and practical tips for how to succeed in married life. After the ceremony we left the church to do confetti outside and portraits before everyone, we headed to The Chesford Grange for the reception.  We then did more family photos and portraits, then the cutting of the cake.   It was another very enjoyable wedding.
