Warwick Wedding Photographer: Capturing Memories at St Johns House Registry Office
On March 1st, 2025, I had the pleasure of capturing the wedding photography of John and Maria at St Johns House Registry Office in Warwick. This intimate wedding, attended by only ten guests, was a two-hour booking.
Perfect Weather for Stunning Wedding Day Photos
The day was gloriously sunny with no wind, providing ideal conditions for capturing stunning photos both inside and outside St Johns House. The bright sunshine was perfect for portraits around the picturesque streets of Warwick.
Beautiful Ceremony Room Photography
St Johns House features ceremony rooms with south-westerly facing windows. When the sun is out, it shines through the side windows, creating beautiful lighting. This was perfect for pre-ceremony photos in the small ceremony room before moving to the main room for the ceremony.
Emotional Wedding Moments
The bride and groom hadn't seen each other in quite some time, making the initial walk down the aisle charged with emotion. The procession began with a flower girl, followed by Maria, who was accompanied down the aisle by her sister.
Capturing Special Moments: Candid and Formal Wedding Photos
At the front, I captured their arrival and then moved to the back of the room to photograph the readings and the first kiss at the end of the ceremony.
Outside in St Johns Gardens, I took candid photos and family wedding portraits. I always strive to capture as many candid moments as possible alongside the formal shots.
Exploring Warwick: Street Photography and Portraits
After the ceremony, we headed to St Nicholas Park and then explored the charming streets of Warwick. I love sharing these hidden gems with my clients. Meanwhile, the wedding guests went to the Rose and Crown at Warwick’s Market Place. We continued with portraits on Castle Lane and concluded the tour with photos outside The Lord Leycester Hospital.
