Where is your studio?
Our studio is located on the corner of Market Place in Warwick, Warwickshire, above Warwick News & Wine @ CV34 4RU. Our front door is located between the newsagent and Hair in the Square barbers shop, access is granted via an intercom system.
CAN i JUST WALK IN OR DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
We prefer appointments simply because sometimes we are not here or dealing with other customers. Having an appointment makes planning our time much easier. Walk ins are welcome but don’t be disappointed if we are not available to serve you straight away or we are not available.
When are you open?
Between the hours of 9.30 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday and 09.30 am - 4.00 pm on Saturdays, but we can accommodate earlier or out of hours appointments. Please call or email to check our availability.
Will you visit people homes?
Yes, we often travel all over the country for weddings and aerial photography, we happy to travel to locations and homes in the local area for family portraits or even passport photographs for customers with mobility problems. Please see each service page for more details.
ARE PETS ALLOWED IN YOUR STUDIO?
Yes, pet portrait photography is one of our services for small animals such as dogs and cats.
Is Squire & Squire Photography insured?
Yes, we hold a £5 Million Public Liability insurance policy as well as a professional indemnity policy.
I have noticed your studio is upstairs, is there a place to leave my pushchair or pram?
Yes, there is a space at the bottom of the stairs that is safe and secure for storing pushchairs and prams.
What does copyright free images mean?
When you purchase a copyright free image you have brought the rights to reproduce that image as many times as you like and for you to keep that image. However, as the photographer, we always retain the right to retain these images as part of our portfolio. However, you can request that we keep your images private. This is a common request that we are happy to abide by.
what payment methods do you accept?
Cash, credit and debits cards including American Express, Bank Transfer and online payments / payments over the phone and gift vouchers.
Are you qualified to fly an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV)?
Yes I (Chris Squire) have been a qualified UAV pilot since 18th May 2011 my certificate number is: BNUC-S 0007-11-02-06
Do you have a valid Permission for Aerial work granted by the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority)?
We keep up to date with the latest rules and regulations for operating drones commercially.
