Mallory Court Wedding Photography

On Saturday 26th June 2021, I did the wedding photography for the wedding of Harriet & Matthew at St Chads Church in Bishop's Tachbrook with the reception at The Mallory Court Hotel nearby. Like many couples, this was the end to a series of postponements due to the pandemic.

It was a swelteringly hot day, but the good weather was in contrast to what it could have been on previous dates that had to be cancelled due to Covid-19.

The service was very moving with some heartfelt readings given by relatives and the vicar saying some lovely words. After the ceremony, I captured some confetti shots in the churchyard, and then Harriet and Matthew made their way to Mallory Court in their sports car.

Mallory Court Hotel is only a short hop away, for me the hotel is as quintessentially English as it gets, the decor inside is of a country house, the staff are very attentive and polite and the gardens are outstanding.

I particularly like the cottage style garden at the rear of the hotel, but the rose and water gardens are also nice. We made use of each garden, we did the group photography in the water garden, and then we did couple portraits in all three.

When we arrived, after drinks in the garden the wedding party had their wedding breakfast, and then we did the group photography and the portraits after this.

Another very enjoyable wedding.
