Wedding Photography Mallory Court
On the 24th February, I captured intimate wedding photography at the Mallory Court near Leamington Spa. The Mallory Court Hotel is an excellent venue for a micro wedding due to its cosy Country House style and well appointed rooms.
For this occasion, the wedding was held in the drawing room overlooking the hotel gardens, with just immediate family present. The ceremony was very personal to the bride and groom and to the family, with readings and lots of kind words. The couple had expressed a desire for it to snow on their wedding day, however, we were blessed with bright sunshine, which cast a pleasing light into the drawing room as the service commenced.
After the ceremony, the guests enjoyed canapés whilst the took the bride and groom for photos in the hotel gardens. I really like the gardens at Mallory Court. Each side of the building features a different style of a Country House garden, the informal orchard on one side with informal vegetable planting, followed by a water garden and then a rose garden.
We did a quick tour of the gardens, taking advantage of the low winter sun, before heading back inside in time for confetti and then some group photography. I rounded off my time with a few photos of the cake and the room where the wedding party were to have their wedding breakfast.
